1. ALWAYS
inspect your package(s) or shipment immediately upon receipt.
Inspecting your package or shipment also means that you must open
your box(es) or crates and inspect the merchandise inside!
Just because a package appears to be intact from the outside, does not
mean and is not always a true indication that the contents are also
intact.
2. All shipments
received from Wholesale Store Fixtures require a signature upon delivery.
Remember, your signature is evidence of more than receipt of your
package. It also indicates that you have received your
merchandise in GOOD CONDITION.
3. If your merchandise is damaged or
short,
YOU MUST NOTIFY Wholesale Store Fixtures WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS
OF RECEIPT that a problem has occurred with your purchase.
4. Customer must also notify the 3rd
party shipper within 24 hours of receipt that merchandise is damaged
and/or short.
5. Please call our toll free number
at 800-790-5734 or send
email to advise us that your merchandise is damaged or short.
Remember, your call or email must be received by us within 24 hours of
receipt of the damaged merchandise. The following
information will be required:

Date and time damaged
merchandise was received
-
Name of person or employee
who signed for the merchandise

A detailed description of
the damage or shortage from which the claim arises
6. All merchandise
damage claims received within the required 24-hour time frame will be
assigned a Damaged Merchandise Claim Number . This
claim number is not the claim number of the shipper, but is an internal
claim number provided by Wholesale Store Fixtures to aid us in assisting
our customers.
